Students identified in this category are those most in need of intensive interventions. They are expected to be less than one percent (1%) of the student population province-wide. These students should have access to co-ordinated school/community interventions, which are based on inter-service/agency assessment processes that are required to manage, educate, and maintain the students in school and in their community.
We are continuing to revise the H Designation process.
At this time, we ask that you please:
complete the 2022-23 H Designation Renewal form and submit it to the email address at the bottom by September 29, 2022 to maintain the designation
confirm that the student continues to require an intense level of support and intervention
NEW Designations require the Eligibility form, Regulation Support Plan, the Social Emotional section from the ISPP or DBPT, and the Additional Supports Checklist.
