The NLPS Universal Tier One Matrix documents  were developed to support classroom teachers and support services staff in schools to universally design instruction to meet the needs of all learners.   

These documents should be used in all classrooms to offer strategies to provide accommodations and adaptations for learners on a short or long term basis.  Please consult with your support team in your school for ideas to implement the strategies in the grids.
