Elementary Reporting Guidelines
The teacher guidelines include definitions in language around reporting, the reporting procedures and policy in NLPS, language suggestions for report card comments and templates for ongoing communication of student learning.
In Nanaimo Ladysmith Public Schools, we have moved from a model of reporting to parents to communicating student learning with parents on an ongoing basis. Ongoing Communications of Student Learning are timely and responsive throughout the year.
