Guess what I discovered today on the Internet? It’s a song about colours from our Quw’utsun siyéyu to the south. They have some colour words that are a little different, but most are the same! Xwiyuné:m’ ‘i’ t̓ilum ce:p!
Quw’utsun – Cowichan
siyéyu – friends and relatives
xwiyuné:m’ – listen
‘i’ – and
t̓ilum – sing
ce:p – you (plural)
