MMIWG: Their Voices Will Guide Us: Student and Youth Engagement Guide

Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls

This resource is for educators of all grade levels to introduce the value of Indigenous women and girls’ lives into the classroom and into the minds and hearts of young people. Students learn foundational Indigenous teachings, events that lead to current social issues, and then social justice and advocacy. It prepares educators to use a decolonizing pedagogy and trauma informed approach in their teaching.
